The Minaret Letters are sent all over the world via USPS. We cannot guarantee a delivery date and unfortunately, sometimes letters do get lost in transport. Please allow up to 21 days from your subscribing date to receive your letter (30 days for international). If it hasn't arrived by then, just send us a note via the question bubble in the bottom right corner and we'll be more than glad to send you another!

As our letters are printed and mailed as original written works, we do not offer returns or refunds for delivered letters. However, if you're unsatisfied with your experience, you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future mailings. Read our full Return & Refund Policy.
